St Patty's Day in The Office

The Office marked St Patrick’s Day March 11 with a festive episode -- and two hilarious scenes didn’t make the final cut. We have them here, though, courtesy of NBC, to celebrate St Patrick’s Day in Dunder Mifflin style.

Steve Carell stars in The Office

If you have missed The Office of late, the storied paper seller has been taken over by a company led by take-no-prisoners Southern Belle Jo -- played with perfect panache by Oscar-winner Kathy Bates. Bates' Jo and Steve Carell's Michael Scott appear to have gotten off on the wrong foot.

The Jim and Pam baby was a huge milestone for the show as The Office shows no signs of slowing. Evidence of that comic prowess was on display with the St Patrick's Day episode.

Another plus in the St Patty's episode is when the camera left The Office and headed offsite to show what these Office workers do after hours. What else were you expecting but a bar visit on St Patrick's Day?

In our first deleted scene from The Office's St Patrick's Day episode, Michael (Carell), in his fabulous green tie, tries valiantly to get in to see Jo but is repeatedly stopped by her assistant.

Also developing on The Office romance front is the cute flirtation turned dating relationship of Ed Helms' Andy and new receptionist Erin. Their date finally came to fruition in a sweet, typically Andy fashion on St Patrick's Day.
