Miley Cyrus -- This is very, very difficult to write because it's Cyrus, for crying out loud... but wow! Cyrus looked great in this cream Jenny Packman gown with an airy, lightly sequined skirt and satin corset top. Pretty hair, pretty jewelry, pretty makeup... simply pretty.

I thought Amanda Seyfried looked stunning, better than Miley Cyrus. The dress was gorgeous, and her makeup was subtle and just let her shine. But everyone has their own opinions! :)
