Sex, Drugs And Jon Gosselin

Your worst nightmare has come true: the existence of a Jon Gosselin sex tape.

Jon's bodyguard Thomas Meinelt says he's seen the tape, starring Jon and a rent-a-date found on Craigslist. But here's where it gets interesting: Jon didn't hire his lady; someone else paid her to sleep with him so Jon could be set up.

That's right -- Jon didn't know he was being taped.

Gosselin former nanny and girlfriend Stephanie Santoro says Meinelt told her about the tape. Here's how she says it went down:

"Tom told me that Jon was secretly videotaped having sex with a woman in Los Angeles in October, and he's seen the tape! Tom said people close to Jon put a camera in his hotel room, and paid a girl to flirt with Jon and have sex with him. He also told me that he saw Jon snort cocaine on more than one occasion, and that the more Jon got into partying, the more cocaine he used!"

Now Meinelt has been subpoenaed to testify in the TLC lawsuit against Gosselin. The network is claiming breach of contract against Gosselin of eight and is keeping tabs on all his paid personal appearances, none of which he is supposed to agree to without express written permission of TLC brass.

The tape could obviously also be extremely damaging in any custody fight Jon plans to wage against Kate, i.e. Kate would win hands down. That is, if Kate doesn't castrate him first.
