Capitalizing on the massive success of the 3-D Toy Story-Toy Story 2 release in October ($22 million so far!), Pixar has dropped the trailer for the third installment, Toy Story 3 -- along with some juicy casting tidbits!
As the trailer sets up, young Andy is now hitting college, which means our favorite toys find themselves donated into a whole new adventure -- or nightmare! An escape plan is set in motion and the motto becomes, "No Toy Gets Left Behind."
Tom Hanks and Tim Allen are back in the Toy Story fold as Woody and Buzz, respectively, along with many of our faves from the first two movies, including: John Borris as Andy, Don Rickles and Estelle Harris as Mr and Mrs Potato Head, John Ratzenberger as Ham, Joan Cusack as Jessie the Yodeling Cowgirl and Laurie Metcalf as Andy's mom.
As seen in the trailer, Slinky Dog is also back, but he won't sound exactly the same. Blake Clark, a comedian often seen in Adam Sandler flicks, steps in to take the role over from his buddy Jim Varney, who passed away after doing the voice for Toy Story 2.
We can also expect new characters, including a top secret toy played by wacky Kristen Schaal, who is just hysterical as the stalker fan in Flight of the Concords.
Michael Keaton signs on as Ken, while Ned Beatty joins as Lotso. Rumor has it we'll also be hearing Whoopi Goldberg, Timothy Dalton and Bonnie Hunt.
As noted, Toy Story 3 isn't coming out till this summer, but we've got the trailer for you!
