Take the So You Think You Can Dance twin girls who admitted that their routine was "supposed" to be synchronized -- yeah, not so much. On the upside was a pair of amazing brothers, one tapper and one dancing Gene Kelly style.
They both were so sweet, and so wonderful to watch, I can't wait to see more. I do worry that they'll have trouble getting through Hollywood week particularly when it comes to partner dancing, but you never know.
Will I loose all credibility if I admit to watching Wipeout last night?
A friend of mine is going to be on the show, so I tuned in to see if this was her week and I sort of got pulled in. Why is it that we are entertained by people falling into a river of mud or bouncing off of a huge rubber ball?
It's basically the modern version of a pie in the face, isn't it? I don't care how sophisticated we think we've become, it's obvious that slapstick still sells.
It's a quiet night tonight, so you'll have plenty of time to practice your pratfalls.
What's on tonight?
I know this sounds like it would be boring, but it's really quite dramatic and fun.
Plus, you'll realize how little you know when these brainy kids take on some of the toughest words in the English language. I'd like to buy a vowel, please.
Watch the National Spelling Bee tonight at 8:00 on ABC.
It's off to Los Angeles and Seattle for the last rounds of auditions. As you can imagine, there's plenty of talent in the City of Angels, but there's also a familiar face. Watch So You Think You Can Dance beginning at 8:00 on Fox.
I don't believe for a minute that this footage was ever really lost, but I do believe it will be filled with drama, trash talk and at least one thing that makes you go, huh?
Watch the Real Housewives special at 9:00 on Bravo.
Fox has issued a statement saying they stand by the American Idol decision despite the outcry from Lambert fans that Allen's hometown AT&T store helped rig the vote.
Freddie Prinze Jr. has signed on for the new season of 24. He'll play a Marine in charge of CTU field ops who emulates Jack Bauer. As if one Jack Bauer wasn't enough!
Pushing Daisies star Kristin Chenoweth will be making merry as part of the cast of a new Lifetime holiday movie called Twelve Men of Christmas.
