5. Tori Amos

Unforgettable on many levels besides possessing a brilliant last name, Tori Amos has always been well ahead of her time. Daughter Natasha Lorien Hawley has the singer singing her highest praises.

4. Sheryl Crow

Sheryl Crow was this close to marrying cyclist Lance Armstrong and achieving her dreams of motherhood. Their engagement busted, Crow became like so many across the world and especially of late in Hollywood by adopting. 3. Christina Aguilera

Another new mom who is a diva in the greatest sense of the word, Christina Aguilera became a mother to son Max Liron Bratman on January 12, 2008. Dad Jordan Bratman and Aguilera bought The Osbournes house to raise a family and immediately filled one of those rock n’ roll bedrooms with little Max.

2. Gwen Stefani

The punk-pop mom of the new millennium, Gwen Stefani and fellow rocker Gavin Rossdale are parents to son Kingston James McGregor Rossdale and new baby Zuma. Stefani has recently reunited with her bandmates No Doubt and are embarking in a world tour after a May 6 visit to American Idol.

1. Madonna
