What can we expect from the Sex and the City sequel?

The women of Sex and the City are back in 12 months The soon-to-be-much-hyped Sex and the City: The Movie sequel will get plenty of press between now and the summer of 2010 release date.

You may recall last year's blockbuster smash hit included frivolous spending, designer labels and oh yeah, sex, too. Well, according to gossip columnist Cindy Adams who recently returned from Argentina with Barbara Walters, we can expect a recessionista story line. Adams reports that Big will have lost a main bulk of his portfolio and will relocate to London. Samantha will apparently have to be careful of her spending ways and trim down that budget.

While we're not sure where this leaves Carrie, Charlotte or Miranda from the story lines of summer's past, we do know in real life Sarah Jessica Parker will become a mommy yet again. This time to twin girls courtesy of a surrogate. So perhaps motherhood will be part of the SATC storyline for our main heroine?We look forward to dishing with the dashing gals of Sex and the City in summer 2010. No one produces conversation and stays on the pulse of the hip, the happening, the oh, so very New York City as the women of Sex and the City.
