Starz's Head Case returns and Party Down debuts and you won't believe the zaniness expressed in each show's season premiere.

Head Case is an original stab at reinventing the reality TV genre with its peeking into the psychological lives of the rich and famous. Guests this season include Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott and Jerry Seinfeld of all people.

Meet Dr. Elizabeth Goode, therapist to the stars.

Charging $450 an hour, Dr. Goode is set for another year of celebrity crises. To say Goode is a little judgmental is the understatement of the year. She can be argumentative, but, as audiences have seen in her first season, she always has her patient's best interest in mind.

This year, besides the above mentioned celebrities, Goode welcomes, Geri Halliwell, Kevin Nealon, Survivor host Jeff Probst and Hugh Hefner with one-time girlfriend Bridget Marquardt.

All new additional episodes of this original half-hour comedy premiere Friday, March 20 at 10 pm only on Starz.
