Hewitt Defends Jessica Simpson
Jennifer Love Hewitt turned 30 with style and aplomb. Dining at Tiffany's in Manhattan, Hewitt showed up with a throng of photographers and not because of her noteworthy birthday.
It was because Hewitt came dressed as Audrey Hepburn from the iconic film Breakfast at Tiffany's. Jennifer Love Hewitt played Audrey Hepburn in a 2000 made-for-TV movie. The fact that Jennifer Love Hewitt is channeling the legend on her birthday for breakfast, yes, at Tiffany's, is slightly concerning.
Jennifer Love Hewitt looked thrilled with her choice of outfits as she went to Tiffany's for breakfast on her big 30th birthday. Saturday morning, February 21, Hewitt appeared outside the legendary New York City establishment accompanied by a slew of photographers.
Hewitt noshed on a bagel and coffee at Tiffany's as the press swirled around her. One begins to wonder whether Hewitt is taking some of her parts over her career to heart. Does she really think she can see ghosts? She is the Ghost Whisperer?
In other Hewitt news she came to the aid of Jessica Simpson in her weight wars with the press. "Ignore it, live your life and be happy," Hewitt tells Us Weekly. She said that women in Hollywood are judged under a different standard that society should simply "back off" of Jessica Simpson.
"We're all supposed to look how we're supposed to look. We're made to be different people. Not everybody can be super tall and super skinny. You have to look inside yourself and find your own confidence," Hewitt says. It wavers from day to day, but that's human nature."
