George Michael caught in public toilet with drugs

Singer George Michael was given a warning by police after being busted on suspicion of possessing drugs on a London public toilet Friday...again.

An ironic choice of concert costume The Metropolitan Police issued a statement saying a 45-year-old man was arrested in the Hampstead Heath area of London on Friday and released with a caution for possession of class A and class C drugs.

Although the statement did not name the singer, sources later confirmed it was in fact Michael.

Early reports have the drugs as being marijuana and crack. Yes...crack! Police received a tip from a suspicious toilet attendant.

Michael is no stranger to drug charges having plead guilty last May to driving while unfit through drugs. He was banned from driving for two years after being found slumped over the wheel of his still-running car.

In an interview last year with the BBC, Michael was unrelenting about his lifestyle. "I'm a happy man and I can afford my marijuana so that's not a problem," he said.
