Democratic convention dominates television

Cynthia is at the top of her game as the Television Blogger here at SheKnows. Don't touch that dial!

Michelle Obama was the keynote for last night's Democratic Convention while the rest of the networks mix coverage and their shows. A highlight has to be NBC's new America's Toughest Jobs, one that has us asking, isn't being president one of those?

It's the start of another week. I finished my weekend with a few more Olympic events and then I watched prehistoric alligators attack on Primeval! Great stuff. I got a sneak peek at the season premiere of Ghost Hunters from SCI FI Channel and if you can believe your own ears then that place is haunted.

No ghosts tonight, just a lot of Democratic partying.

Tonight on TV

You'll find plenty of Democratic Convention coverage tonight which means this listing will be 'give or take' depending on where you live.

NBC is the only channel that's all new tonight with Deal or No Deal, then premieres America's Toughest Jobs, and follows that with 2008 Democratic National Convention.

ABC has High School Musical: Get In the Picture, Samantha Who?, and then ABC News Vote '08: The Democratic National Convention.

CBS goes with The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Two and a Half Men, The New Adventures of Old Christine, and CBS News: Democratic National Convention.

The CW goes with plenty of fluff from Gossip Girl, to One Tree Hill.

Fox has a double dose of Prison Break.
