Olympics give final golds while Salons get taken over on Bravo

Cynthia is at the top of her game as the Television Blogger here at SheKnows. Don't touch that dial!

Tabitha takes over

Bravo does Kitchen Nightmares in the salon with the series premiere of Tabitha's Salon Takeover while the Olympics wind down and Vivica goes Glam.

It was drag queen heaven on Project Runway last night and again I'm underwhelmed by the lack of imagination in this current crop of designers. Chris March and RuPaul both guested along with an entourage of drag queens. How fun was it to see them both in character and out? That Ann Margaret pink number was to die for but most of the others, just so-so.

I also used my TV time last night to watch the special features on the new Sarah Connor DVD that came out on Tuesday. Nice featurettes show how really complex the series is to make but the gag reel wasn't much to laugh about. This weekend, I tackle the commentaries. Can't wait.
