Without much fanfare or press attention, the actor who attempted suicide in August 2007 is back to what he does best - acting on film.
Filming the real-life story of John Grobin, Wilson is back on a movie set along with his co-star Jennifer Aniston. The work which is described as a "canine comedy" is Wilson's first professional gig since taking a little time to get better.
"Marley and Me" was to begin shooting soon after Wlison's hospitalization and had to be postponed. The March filming start date has left a release timeframe up in the air, but reports from the set have everyone thrilled at the funnyman's return to acting.
Wilson has been spotted across the globe with his buddy Woody Harrelson and his brother Luke. After sunning himself and recovering from his issues, it appears the actor is now strong enough to tackle script readings and get "Marley and Me" off the ground.
