Kit Harington Gives the Ultimate Dragon Impression on the Set of GoT

There's always time for a good impression

While fans are talking about the latest episode of Game of Thrones, the cast is on social media, posting memories from filming this intense season. Take Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen. Earlier this week, she posted a video of co-star and on-set BFF Kit Harington (who plays Jon Snow) doing one heck of a dragon impression. He does it with hilarious results, and now, it will live forever on Clarke's Instagram.

Harington flaps his dramatic cape like wings as the heavy winds blow the fabric up in the air. While he’s not the most aggressive dragon out there, he’s definitely one of the more comical ones we’ve seen. It’s hard to keep a straight face while watching the clip. Even Clarke is heard giggling in the video.

She captioned the post, "I mean, JEEEZE, one pet of a dragon and he thinks he's one of them. #youknownothingjonsnow #butyoudoknowhowtonotgetblownoffacliffingaleforsewindssotheresalwaysthat #everypunaboutwindicanthinkofinserthere"

Even though the behind-the-scenes clips are hilarious, it’s clear that there are some intriguing reveals to come in the last two episodes. Harington shared what it was like filming that dragon scene.

"I quite liked that moment with the dragon. I think there was something I wanted to bring to it, which was quite animalistic. Animals go on the smell of something,” he said in an HBO clip. “If you're coming up to a horse, you want it to sniff you before it trusts you. Hopefully, that worked with the dragons. If you show quite a vicious animal fear, it will jump on that, but if you show it bravery, it will respond in a different way."

Clarke says her character is definitely on board with this revelation. "She sees his interaction with her dragons and it's an attractive quality for her,” she said.

In the meantime, we are going to encourage Clarke and Harrington to give us more of these clips. His best dragon impression made our day.
