Kim Kardashian isn't the first to press charges against Vitalii Seduik, so why isn't he in jail?

Update: Sept. 29, 11:30 a.m. PST: Finally, there's some justice happening in the world.

Even though Kim Kardashian stayed calm AF when Vitalii Sediuk attempted to assault her in Paris this week, she has now revealed that it's the second time he's targeted her, and she now plans to press charges.

"The first time Vitalii did this to her it was really terrifying. He tried to tackle her and left her feeling very rattled," a source told Us Weekly. "She plans on pressing charges and has reached out to French authorities to file a complaint. This is the second time he has done this and expect he’ll try again on her or someone else. She has no idea what his motivation is."

Kardashian isn't the first celeb to press charges after being assaulted by Sediuk. He was sentenced to three years' probation in 2014 after he punched Brad Pitt during a red carpet premiere.

Original story:

Vitalii Sediuk is already back.

Yep, that asshole who accosted Gigi Hadid on the street in Paris and then actually tried to defend his actions to the public. He's already back to being a giant, flaming doucheburger to more women — this time, it's Kim Kardashian.

Kardashian was on a street in Paris when Sediuk ran up behind her and literally kissed her ass in front of a crowd of fans and paparazzi. I really wish she had pulled a Gigi and given him a swift elbow to the face, but her security team took care of it for her, tackling him into the pavement. I hope they rubbed his face in it.

Kardashian thanked her security guard in a tweet afterward.

This guy thinks what he's doing is some kind of protest because he doesn't approve of the types of women who are famous today. Seriously, he said that: "You can call it a manifest or a protest," he told The Hollywood Reporter. "This is also a wake-up call for Anna Wintour, who turned Vogue into a tabloid by putting Kardashians and other similar celebrities on a cover of a well-respected magazine."

And his idea of fighting back against a world that doesn't give two shits about what he thinks about the worth of certain women is to assault them in public. Why is this guy still free on the streets? Am I the only one who sees how disturbing this is?

Call this like it fucking is. This isn't a protest. This is violence against women by a man who thinks they deserve it because they don't live up to some standard he's set in his weak little mind. This is not OK.
