This should come as a surprise to basically no one.
Luann de Lesseps' wedding day is coming up, but most of her The Real Housewives of New York co-stars won't be attending — because they're not invited.
According to E! News, de Lesseps and her fiancé, Tom D'Agostino, have set their date to walk down the aisle on New Year's Eve in Palm Beach, Florida, and while tons of their family and friends are getting invites, Dorinda Medley is the only current RHONY star who will be welcome at the event. Former Housewives Jill Zarin and Marysol Patton have reportedly also been invited.
That means that Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer and Bethenny Frankel are not on the guest list, though who's surprised, considering all the drama between them and de Lesseps on RHONY?
Ever since de Lesseps announced her engagement on the show and proclaimed that D'Agostino is her "soul mate," the other ladies on RHONY have been questioning their relationship, even going so far as to accuse him of cheating on de Lesseps.
De Lesseps, however, isn't letting the drama get her down, and she's not going to be bringing it to her wedding. Since the affair probably won't be televised, there's no reason to invite the mean girls of RHONY.
"I adore Tom and I want to be happy. I don't want to have the Housewives curse so I don't think that's something I'm willing to do," de Lesseps said about televising her wedding. "I think there's a lot to be learned from Housewives wedding specials. I think the only person who has been able to pull it off is Kim Zolciak-Biermann."
She continued, "I think your husband needs to really be into it. The person or partner you're going to be with really needs to be in it and you know, Tom is a very private person and I respect that."
