He's not asking for help, but Matt Roloff really does need his fans to rally around him

Tuesday's episode of Little People, Big World shows the harsh realities of Matt Roloff adjusting to his new life as a single man. Since his divorce from Amy Roloff was finalized earlier this year, he admits that a car service will be picking him up from the appointment.

"I'm just down here, me, myself and I," he says. It's a moment that every single person has had to deal with — who will be there for you the moment when you really need someone? "In the old days, you know, Amy would have come along for something like this. We are living in a different time and a different life."

Roloff has chosen to keep the surgery secret from his children. "I don't want the kids to worry about my medical stuff," he continues. "If something changes or something goes wrong, then yes, I would want to tell them. But until it gets that serious, I don't see it as necessary.

"I'm a big boy, I can handle this kind of stuff," says Roloff. "It's kind of like jumping out of an airplane. Once your pack's on, you don't get to change your mind. You just get to fall out."
