Here's the world we live in: You can be a 20-year-old Olympic gold and silver medalist, and people are still worried about whether you've had plastic surgery. She posted on Instagram and captioned the photo, "me thinking about how to get my face to look like I've never done anything to my face when I've never done anything to my face." You tell 'em, girl.
