Even Kandi Burruss was surprised by the drama on the RHOA reunion

We already know that the The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion had the wives siding against each other. In an interview with Life & Style about the special, Kandi Burruss elaborates on just how "explosive" the drama gets on the three-part reunion. According to Burruss, the ladies show new, even more dramatic sides of themselves on the reunion couch.

"I thought it was going to be wack because typically Phaedra Parks doesn't like to address anything that can make her look bad on TV," Burruss said.

Parks must have thrown caution to the wind because "it ended up to where we had to address the issues as far as Phaedra and I, so that turned into a big debate between us as well as Kim. She started telling Kenya off. It was crazy!"

Burruss continued, "The other big drama was with Kim [Fields] and Kenya [Moore]. And I thought, Kim is not going to say anything; it's going to be boring. But the exact opposite happened!"

"I wasn’t expecting that, but she came to really check some people that day. It was not the Kim we saw during the season," she said.

Either Burruss is the world's best television promoter, or we have a great reason to watch this special. Tune in to the next installment of the RHOA reunion on Bravo on Sunday, March 27.
