The video, which has been liked over 5,400 times, has gotten mixed reactions from fans. Some people are against the idea of plastic surgery as a whole, leaving comments like, "Nooooooo your beautiful the way u are natural is best @porsha4real." [sic] Another fan just wants Williams to find the best nose shape: "What was wrong with it before? It looked perfect to me!" Others seem excited by the possibility of a non-surgical nose job, leaving comments like "isn't this amazing???" and "I want this." Williams has yet to respond to the haters or the fans.

Those saying that her nose barely changed after the treatment should understand the goal of non-surgical nose jobs, which are meant to fix tiny imperfections. Speaking to RealSelf, facial plastic surgeon Dr. Dara Liotta explained, "In the right candidate, a liquid rhinoplasty can even out irregularities along the bridge of the nose, make the nose appear straighter, raise the nasal bridge or camouflage a dorsal hump on the profile view." This may have been Williams' first time behind the needle, but it won't be her last. The injections last between nine months and two years.

Williams is in hands that have sculpted some of our national treasures. Dr. Ourian has treated Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian, and has a treasure trove of celeb patients on his Instagram from Lisa Vanderpump to Lisa Rinna.

She did say she wanted to be a doctor :) @lisavanderpump #lisavanderpump
