The Bachelorette's Nick Viall talks candidly about rejection and how what doesn't kill you makes you stronger

The Bachelorette's Nick Viall has been publicly rejected twice, but he has learned some powerful lessons from his heartbreak.

While celebrating Valentine's Day at the The Biggest Group Date Ever event held at the Ainsworth lounge in New York City, Viall shared his remedy for a broken heart with Us Weekly.

"Getting dumped can't kill you. I'm living proof!" Viall told the publication. "No matter what, you will always get over it. Think about it. You're going to wake up. You're going to have anxiety. And there's nothing you can do about it. But you have to remind yourself that even when you feel that, you have to say, 'I will get over it.' Keep saying that."

If the new rumors are true, Viall has gotten over his breakups, and he may have found love with one of the The Bachelor Ben Higgins' leading ladies — although we have no confirmation as yet as to who she may be.

Viall also revealed the type of women he is attracted to, saying that he likes "confident" women. "Someone that challenges me," he added. But he warns that there is a surefire way to annoy him, too, and that's with baby talk.

"Whenever girls do it, I'm like, 'Oh my God, stop talking!'" he confessed.

So, does the saying "time heals all wounds" really ring true? According to Viall, it does, as he looks back on his past and realizes that, while tough, breakups really aren't the end of the world.

"One day, you'll be like, 'I really liked that person that much? Wow,'" he said. "Your ego is bruised a little bit. It's inevitable. Death, taxes and breakups. You'll get over them. It's fine. And it's fine if you're not fine right now. You can't force it."
