Duggar, who is in a faith-based rehab treatment for his extramarital indiscretions, was faced with a nasty lawsuit from porn star Danica Dillon, who alleged he had roughed her up during one of their sexual encounters. However, according to TMZ, Dillon now wants to drop the lawsuit (which would be good news for Duggar), but she's encountering resistance from Duggar's end.

Dillon wants to dismiss her lawsuit, with the option to refile in the future. TMZ reports that Dillon has legally lost the right to drop the case and refile in the future, but her legal documents show that her lawyers reportedly approached Duggar's attorney to discuss the matter directly — and they're not budging.

Instead, Duggar's attorneys want Dillon to permanently drop the case and retract the allegations she made on social media and pay Duggar's legal bills, TMZ reports.

The case is rather complicated, as Dillon is not willing to accept Duggar's attorney's offer and, according to the gossip site, her legal docs reportedly state he should think twice about "digging his heels in" because he is currently being treated for sex addiction.

But does Dillon really have a case against Duggar?

TMZ reports that Duggar claims to have never had sex with Dillon, and even has an alibi to confirm this.
