Fields apparently already has her co-stars Kenya Moore, Phaedra Parks, Porsha Williams, Cynthia Bailey and Kandi Burruss fuming over her diva behavior.
Perez Hilton reports that Fields comes and goes from the set as she pleases, but also suspects that her co-stars' anger could stem from jealousy.
Other sources who are close to Fields tell the outlet that she has been on time for every scene and is always in a good mood.
Still, Fields apparently disregards producer's directions. For example, TMZ reports that when the cast was filming in Jamaica, Fields showed up with her kids even though she was specifically told not to bring them prior to the scene.
She also was rumored to have left during a taping of Burruss' baby shower because she needed to help her kids do math homework.
It's great that she seems like such a hands-on mom. And we totally support her putting her kids first. But there's a fine line between priority parenting and unprofessionalism. It seems that maybe Fields is still searching for that balance as she settled into her RHOA role.
Meanwhile, on the show last night, Fields had her first real cry fest over her lack of female friends.
But Parks was there to help a girl out by helping Fields realize that she needs to find some inspiration through some new hobbies. Maybe these two could bond over time.
Of course, a Real Housewives bond is never complete without some ongoing drama, so there's a good chance a friendship with Parks will leads to some fighting down the road.
