Amid the controversy and fallout after the revelation that her ex-boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, fabricated documents in an effort to perpetuate the lie that he was being treated for cancer, she also revealed that her daughter had to have surgery.
Late last week, Gunvalson alerted fans that she was headed cross-country from Los Angeles to Oklahoma City to be with her daughter, Briana Culberson, while Culberson underwent a procedure to have enlarged lymph nodes removed.
Just got to LAX and have a few hours before my flight to OKC. Prayers for Briana tomorrow as she has surgery to remove enlarged lymph nodes— Vicki Gunvalson (@vgunvalson) November 13, 2015
Now, she updated fans that her daughter made it through surgery and is doing just fine. She tweeted, "Briana's surgery went well. She is recovering at home with her husband, 2 babies & me. Thank you everyone for your thoughts & prayers!"

And speaking of those two babies, Gunvalson posted an adorable snap of her and her daughter’s two children with the caption, "My happy place."
In the latest news, Gunvalson just tweeted some good news for a little change of pace, spreading the word that her daughter would be making the move from Oklahoma to California, tweeting what sounds like a calming mantra, "Everything is finally coming together."
God answered our prayers today. Briana/Ryan put an offer on a house today in OC and it was accepted. Everything is finally coming together— Vicki Gunvalson (@vgunvalson) November 17, 2015
