As she puts it, she is feeling completely free. And we don't blame her.

The blond icon posted the photo on Instagram, announcing her successful eradication of Hep C, which she's had since 2002. In the photo, Anderson is completely nude with her head thrown back in a carefree laugh. She is posing on a boat, with her long legs strategically placed on the wheel to keep things semi-covered.

During an interview with People last August, Anderson revealed she had begun a new FDA-approved drug regimen.

"I could be Hep C free within the month," she said at the time.

Adding, "I don't have any liver damage and I don't have any side effects. I'm living my life the way I want to but it could have eventually have caused me some problems and so it was a real blessing that I was able to get the medicine. I'm halfway there."
