Wait, which major character might die in Supernatural Season 11?

It's official: Supernatural Season 11 is dark and filled with death. As you can watch below, there's barely any speaking throughout the trailer, except for a few ominous lines. The next spoken line comes from an anonymous woman, who says, "I know you’re dying — I can feel it." Say what? Who is she talking to?

If that isn't bad enough, the classic folk song "O, Death" is played throughout the trailer, which also seemingly foreshadows a major death. So, does this mean Dean will die? Maybe Sam? Or there's a good chance it could be Crowley or Castiel. Whatever the case, bad things are ahead and all fans, including myself, are beyond nervous.
