After a cruel post about conjoined twins and people with various extreme body modifications was posted to her Facebook page, fans rightfully called the Teen Mom star out for being nasty. An apology and explanation was quickly thrown up after the post in question was deleted, and it included an admission that Evans doesn’t run her own social media pages.

But some fans aren’t buying it and think Evans herself did post the offensive article and is just trying to cover herself.
