It's been over a year since Paltrow and Falchuk were first spotted out and about, so taking their love to a social platform was well past due. Falchuk broke the ice with a cute photo of the two on a date at an after-party for the premiere of Scream Queens in Los Angeles.
While Falchuk may not have household-name status like Paltrow, he's definitely a huge Hollywood success in his own right.
Here's a little more about Falchuk.
Murphy and Falchuk met while Falchuk was working as a writer on the show Nip/Tuck, which Murphy created, and the rest, as they say, is history. They went on to team up with writer, Ian Brennan, and created Glee in 2009.
Murphy and Falchuk then created American Horror Story, which has been nominated for 26 Primetime Emmy Awards as a show since it first aired in 2011.

Murphy and Falchuk teamed up with Brennan again for their latest project, Scream Queens, which debuts Tuesday, Sept. 22.
Word on the street is that Falchuk and Paltrow met on the Glee set in 2010 when she first guest-starred on the show as Holly Holliday.
Falchuk's brother, Evan Falchuk, who is a former health-care executive turned politician, was on the Massachusetts 2014 gubernatorial ballot after submitting enough signatures to secure his spot. He's also the founder of the United Independent Party in the state, according to the party's website.
Very proud of my brother Evan Falchuk. Hard work paid off. A new party in Mass! Start of something special and important. #magov— Brad Falchuk (@BFalchuk) November 5, 2014
Evan didn't end up winning, but still remains politically active.
For Falchuk, and most of the rest of the world, life is just something you do in between GoT episodes.
In 2008, Falchuk was diagnosed with a severe spinal cord problem that required emergency spinal surgery, and he admitted that he thought he would be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, according to The Boston Globe. The ordeal inspired the "Wheels" episode of Glee, in which all of the cast members performed a number in wheelchairs.
Just like Paltrow, Falchuk has two children of his own, Isabella and Brody. The kids' mother is television producer Suzanne Bukinik, to whom Falchuk was previously married.
Okay. One more. Cory was resisting the note here but we figured it out and he killed that scene. Glory Days. pic.twitter.com/qVC6ij8t— Brad Falchuk (@BFalchuk) July 11, 2012
Right after the Glee actor sought treatment for substance abuse in March 2013, Falchuk tweeted out words of encouragement.
Cory is like a son to me. He knows I love him.— Brad Falchuk (@BFalchuk) April 1, 2013
He also posted this sweet picture on the first anniversary of Monteith's death.
Many, many thanks to everyone from Bruce and I at my desk. I am loving the love. pic.twitter.com/7Yk3mnXZix— Brad Falchuk (@BFalchuk) March 2, 2013
Falchuk admitted in a 2009 interview that the Glee soundtrack comes mostly from Murphy's brain because his own taste in music "sort of begins and ends with Springsteen."
