The Bachelorette alum just might… but you'll have to buy her new book to find out for sure.
Nine months after Dorfman and her fiancé and the winner of the show, Josh Murray, called off their engagement, Dorfman said she's over the breakup and ready to relive it in writing.
"I have a book coming out in the spring, which I'm super excited about. It's about my breakup, basically," she told E! News. "It's kind of the anti-self-help, how to get over a breakup."
She continued, "I basically did everything you could think of — good, bad, ugly, depressing, psycho — you name it, I did it, so this is kind of a book that talks about that."
Sounds familiar, amirite, ladies?
Dorfman, whose romance blossomed in front of cameras, never seemed to have a problem with the public nature of her relationship. But as soon as she and Murray split up, she made her life more private. Even now, almost a year later, she hasn't explained publicly what caused the relationship to end.
But now, she says, it seems like it's time to talk about it because other women might be able to relate to her story, she told reporters.
"I didn't initially want to expose that story. It kind of all folded into this perfect storm in a sense," she told E! News at New York Fashion Week's Badgley Mischka Spring 2016 show. "I was journaling my breakup. I didn't know who to talk to about it and I looked back on my diary and I was like, 'Wow, this is really funny.'"
