After actress and comedian Amy Schumer appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe's season of The Bachelorette, there has been some back-and-forth talk of her joining the show. And though it seemed that it was all in good fun, Higgins wasn't joking around when he spoke about her on Good Morning America.
"I would love for her to come on the season," the new Bachelor said. "I think we should push for it. She's hilarious; she's been great to the show. If she wanted to come out, I wouldn't be against it."
Not to mention, the two already have some clear chemistry.
Schumer called in to After Paradise to wish Higgins luck and the conversation took a sexy turn.
"Ben, I am so excited for you," she said. "I hope you find love. Do you want to have phone sex right now?"
To which Higgins replied, "You have my number — call me later."
Of course, the two were joking, but witty banter like that can't be forced, which makes us think there might actually be some sparks between these two.
"Find love, and then send some my way," Schumer also said in the call.
Higgins could kill two birds with one stone, so to speak, if Schumer were to just come on the show.
In all seriousness, Higgins also addressed what he looks for in a wife. "I think when two people are joining lives together there has to be a ton of communication among those two people. I think just being able to live life together is what I'm looking for."
