This legal move could reunite RHOC's Tamra Judge with her daughter

Tamra Judge is not backing down in her latest legal move against her ex-husband, and it could mean she might get her daughter back.

When the RHOC star relinquished custody of her daughter Sidney to her ex, Simon Barney, it was with the strict stipulation that they both were bound by court order to do exactly what the teen's therapist recommended.

Now Judge says that Barney is not abiding by the order, says Radar Online. According to papers filed with the court, the therapist advised the couple to complete a class called "Overcoming Barriers" with Sidney, but when Judge called him to set it up, he refused. She says this is in direct violation of the order and that he is now in contempt of court.

Judge believes this is all part of a concerted effort by Barney to further alienate their daughter from her. During their original custody battle, Barney claimed Sidney was suffering from so much anxiety because of the strained relationship with her mother that it was manifesting itself physically in the form of severe stomach cramps.

Judge and Barney are due before a judge on Aug. 28 to decide the matter.
