Lady Gaga becomes the latest victim of online bullying, as haters attack her picture

This is not the first time that Lady Gaga has made headlines for her outfit — and she usually does receive a mixed bag of reactions — but the latest wave of comments attacking her appearance are incredibly harsh and completely unnecessary.

On Monday, the pop star took to Instagram to post a series of photos of herself wearing a white mesh '70s-inspired jumpsuit, and the reactions to her latest look have been awful.

"Fly Me To The Moon, can I take stow your bags for you sire," she captioned one of the pics, which show her posing while on a private jet.

Critics are clearly not impressed with the singer's new photos and have called the "Bad Romance" singer "fat" and have slammed her appearance. Comments include "gross," "lose weight please," "Lady Gaga is fat" and "She thinks shez crazy bt i [sic] think shez [sic] pathetic."

The nasty comments don't end there, though, as another critic accuses Gaga of attention seeking, writing, "U really want some attention." And one critic even went so far as to call her a slut for a completely absurd reason (her outfit choice). "She is [a] slut!!!" the comment reads. Really? C'mon, people.

This is hardly the most risqué outfit that Gaga has worn, but her critics certainly have a lot to say about it. If you don't like it, there's no harm in that, but when is it ever OK to attack someone's appearance and call them names?
