Teen Mom's Farrah Abraham trash-talking Maci Bookout is getting out of control

Farrah Abraham is taking no prisoners in her war against Maci Bookout on the new episode of Teen Mom OG, and you won't believe what she has to say about her costar.

In a newly released sneak peek, Abraham reacts to Bookout's refusal to allow her child to appear on the show because of Abraham's association with porn — and she does not react well. At all.

"It's been six years — I'm in a way different place. I'm in a way better place," Abraham rants. "She's in the same place she was in six years ago. Why would I be offended? I think it's just as easy to not work with a fake, f***ed up, piece-of-shit person. I've dealt with too much stupid shit for the last couple of years and I don't have time for it. I don't have time to defend myself because I know what I hear is ignorance.

"It must be hard to be fake. She must need the money."

Bookout can complain about her all she wants, but it's doubtful MTV will give up Abraham again. Ratings on Teen Mom OG have jumped from 1.477 million the week before the controversial cast member came back to 1.657 million the week of her return.

Teen Mom OG airs Mondays at 10/9c on MTV.
