Soules is enjoying his time on Dancing With the Stars, and new reports claim Bischoff has now gone home to Chicago to resume her old job as a fertility nurse, sparking rumors that the couple may be headed for splitsville.
Speaking of Bischoff's absence, Soules revealed to Glamour magazine that things are heating up in the competition, and while he's practicing hard with his partner Witney Carson, Bischoff will not be in the crowd supporting him — at least not for a few weeks.
"She had some work things to get caught up on," he told the mag. "And now [this process is] getting really intense. I'm not even existent to her, and she's missing friends and home, so she's going to take some time back there, and I'm sure she'll be back in the next couple weeks hopefully if I'm still here."
But that's not the only reason the couple's romance has raised a red flag. Apparently, some of Soules' close relatives reportedly have not even met his fiancée yet.
"I have not met her [Whitney]," Soules' grandmother Beverly Soules reportedly told Radar Online."I've only seen her on TV" — even though she reportedly only lives around 20 minutes from her grandson's Arlington, Iowa, farm.
Soules is just very busy and focused on his time on the hit ABC show right now, but hopefully he hasn't lost sight of what's important in his personal life, too. One thing's for sure: His grandma is rooting for his relationship, and even though she hasn't met Bischoff, she hopes they make it.
"I'm absolutely rooting for them. I hope they can make it!" she told Radar.
