The singer debuted a new look that definitely got people talking.
And those who took noticed weren't afraid to share their opinions. Unfortunately, some of them unnecessarily harsh.

Whatever happened to that adage that went something like, "If you don't have anything nice to say..."?
But, as we all know by now, Twitter rarely takes note of this advice.
And sure, Lil Kim has clearly had some work done, but to each her own. And as long as she's happy with her appearance, that's all that matters.
More important than the work Lil Kim has had in recent years, is that she, LaBelle and Riley killed it with their on-point rendition of "Lady Marmalade."
Forget the dancing, those ladies owned that stage. Luckily, the world didn't ignore that amazing talent. The singers got the crowd so pumped up everyone was screaming and chanting, "Patti, Patti, Patti...."
"Can you come back every season? The three of you, just do that," host Tom Bergeron told the ladies amidst the cheers following the performance. "I love it."
And we loved it, too!
