The outlet included the 19 Kids and Counting ladies in their annual World's Most Beautiful issue, but not without giving the women some proper pampering first.
Duggar mom, Michelle, explained at the time of the makeover, "We're having fun together. We're getting to get pampered and getting the princess treatment together."
Michelle admitted that her normal beauty routine in the mornings is usually just a quick five minutes.
She was joined in the pampering by her daughters Jinger, Joy-Anna, Jana, Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald.
Of course, the Duggar makeover didn't come without some guidelines from the conservative family. In order to get the Duggars to agree to the makeover, People had to promise they wouldn't cut the girls' hair and they would dress the ladies conservatively.
Makeup assistant, Juliette Perreux, said they were going for "a spring, really natural look with a little bit of shimmer and just keep it all natural."
"We wanted to have all of the girls looking fresh for spring," stylist Monica Cotto added. "And just, kind of, have a more modern take and a romantic feel."
"It's definitely kind of uncommon being all glammed up like this," Jinger Duggar shared.
Her sister, Jana Duggar, echoed her sentiments, "We usually just try to keep it short and sweet."

The Duggars have a ton of big news in their lives right now, aside from being included in People's Most Beautiful issue.
Jill Dillard just welcomed her first baby, a son named Israel, with her husband Derek, following a 70-hour labor.
Plus, Jill's sister, Jessa Seewald, just announced she's expected her first child with her husband of a year, Ben.
