Olsen twins reveal shocking update about their involvement with Fuller House

A celebrity gossip junky, Caroline Goddard has been writing entertainment news for longer than the world has known Kim Kardashian's name. Follow her on Twitter at @GoddardCaroline.

John Stamos must have lost the Olsen twins' number, judging from this surprising revelation

Uncle Jesse might want to shoot Michelle a text or something, because someone forgot to tell the Olsen twins some very important info, dude.

In an interview with WWD, the child stars turned fashion mavens revealed some shocking info: No one has so much as mentioned the new Full House series to them, let alone approached them about rejoining the cast.

In fact, the sisters found out about the show at the same time we did, like literally yesterday.

"We just found out about it today," said Mary-Kate, during the Tuesday interview. "I guess we're going to talk to the creators and see what's happening."

John Stamos, who will produce the show in addition to reprising his role as Uncle Jesse, announced the news on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Monday night, but he still hasn't gotten around to calling the twins. "I'm shocked I haven't heard from John [Stamos]," Mary-Kate said.

Even their TV dad, Bob Saget, didn't spill the beans. "I ran into Bob [Saget] the other day and we didn't even talk about it," said Ashley.

Super weird. But the good news is that the sisters have absolutely not ruled out joining the cast, despite leaving the acting world behind for their new lives in fashion.

"I'm going to call [Saget] and get his perspective," Ashley said.

It turns out the twins aren't the only ones who haven't been approached. Aunt Becky is still working out her own deal!

"They made deals with half the cast, but not the other half," Lori Loughlin told Access Hollywood Live. "I don't have a deal, Dave doesn't have a deal, Bob, we're all in negotiations.

"I think we would all like to come back, if the powers that be are fair to all of us," she said.

While the series itself will focus on D.J., Stephanie and Kimmy Gibbler, a one-hour intro special is meant to hopefully get the whole gang back together. Fingers crossed for an entire Tanner family reunion!
