I know you can't wait for that baby to come out!
Jill Duggar, 23, says she is "feeling great" as she cooly arrives at her due date with nothing but some normal Braxton Hicks contractions and a giant belly to show for it.
That's all nice and good and all, but seriously, Jill, you can be straight with us. We've been there, or are there or will be there — being past your due date is little more fun than a root canal.
I know that when I was getting down to the wire while pregnant with my son, I could not wait one more second for that baby to come. Cool, calm and collected, I was not. Ready to be not pregnant, I certainly was.
Now, I know some women love being pregnant so she may be one of those crazy women (read: sarcasm) but she is just so peaceful about the whole thing! I was ready to tear my hair out!
She goes even further with the serenity, saying, "Planning on the baby coming late, no big deal — if you have it in your head that way, you won't get discouraged."
I mean, that just so levelheaded doesn't it make you sick (read: more sarcasm)?
But on a serious note, first-time moms do have a tendency to go relatively late in terms of their due date, and Jill is probably a little more prepared than the average pregnant woman since she has been studying to be a certified midwife during her pregnancy.
"It is really exciting to be studying this when pregnant. It takes on a whole different light when you are studying about what you are going through," she said.
Now the real waiting game begins for Baby Dilly.
