Pregnant Teen Mom star Maci Bookout and son OK after terrible car crash

If you don't think seat belts save lives after looking at these photos, I don’t know what to tell you.

It was a terrifying Sunday morning for pregnant Teen Mom star Maci Bookout when she totaled her car in a rollover accident. She and her 6-year-old son were involved in the crash in which her Jeep Wrangler flipped three times. Thankfully, Maci and her son, Bentley, were able to walk away from the horrific accident with nothing more than bumps and bruises and Bookout reports that her unborn daughter is "perfectly healthy."

Bookout shared several photos of her vehicle, and it surely is amazing everyone was OK. She captioned her photo, saying, "Thanking God that Bentley and I were able to walk away from this nightmare with only a few bruises."

She also thanked Jeep for making vehicle safety features, which thankfully, do what they are supposed to do. "I'd also like to [thank] @JeepOfficial @Jeep because if our seatbelts [sic] and the roll cage had not done their job, I’m not sure my family and I would [have] had the same outcome," she said.

Coincidentally, the last photo Bookout shared on her Instagram was a cute photo of her son sleeping in the backseat of the same Jeep, which was posted just a few days ago. Scary.

We don't have any further details regarding the crash itself, but in her hashtags, Bookout wrote "#notmyfault."

We join Bookout in being thankful everyone was OK, and we keep everyone involved in our thoughts as I am sure they are still quite shaken up.
