Angelina Jolie couldn't make it to premiere of Unbroken, so Brad Pitt and kids stepped in
Angelina had to sit out the premiere of her new movie Unbroken, but not to worry, she had her adorable family there to fill in for her.
Jolie was not able to attend the premiere because she was probably sitting at home in an oatmeal bath and trying not to scratch her chicken pox. But not to worry, her family stepped up to the plate and did her a solid. The cute trio of children walked the red carpet with their dad, and grandma and grandpa Pitt.
Maddox, 13, Pax, 11, and Shiloh, 8, all took a note from Barney from How I Met Your Mother and suited up for the occasion.
Pitt was asked how his wife was doing, and he replied, "She's doing great." Jolie revealed her condition and inability to attend the premiere via video earlier in the week.
Unbroken tells the amazing story of Louis Zamperini, a former Olympic athlete who fought in World War II, who also spent almost 50 days drifting on a raft after his plane crashed before being captured by the Japanese.
Chicken pox in adults is not quite the same as you remember it as a kid. Because of this incident, Jolie will now be at risk for getting shingles for the rest of her life.
