According to Radar Online, Rivers wanted to pass along a few stories after her death and share them with the public.
A source explained, "Joan requested that after she is gone that her personal diaries be turned into a book. The problem is that they are having a real hard time shopping it around because of how over-the-top and defamatory it is."
The Fashion Police host was never one to mince words, so it's entirely possible that all of Hollywood could be roasted by Rivers in those journals.
The insider continued, "Joan bashes celebrities and politicians in first-hand accounts throughout her life. Among her biggest revelations is that President Barack Obama is gay, which is something that she had joked about while she was alive."
That certainly might be news to Obama's wife, Michelle, if the news were true. No wonder publishing houses are shying away from the inflammatory stories. No one wants to offend the president or any other A-lister.
Her last book, Diary of a Mad Diva, took on the Kardashian gals, saying she felt a kinship with them "except I don’t have a sex tape or black hair." Throughout her career, Rivers also teased Elizabeth Taylor about her marriages and her weight, but Rivers' personal diaries will take the dish on the entertainment industry to a whole new level... if Melissa Rivers can find a publisher willing to touch it.
Ah, Joan Rivers, keeping it real even from beyond.
