Bethenny Frankel’s life has been in the public eye for a long time, but she's not used to having many consequences for her actions.

Bethenny Frankel is sort of headed back to reality TV

Over the summer, the reality star posted a photo of herself in her 4-year-old daughter’s Hello Kitty pajamas, and she is now hearing exactly what people think about her.

Frankel is currently going through a divorce, and the judge in the case wasn’t amused by her stunt.

"No more pajamas!" Manhattan Supreme Court justice Ellen Gesmer told Frankel's lawyer during proceedings, according to People.

"It was done as a joke,” Frankel’s lawyer replied to the judge

"It's not a joke,” the judge shot back. “Her child is not a joke.”

Frankel had captioned the photo, "This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?"

Frankel was not in the courtroom when the judge made his comments. She was apparently sitting in the hallway as the lawyers battled out the details of the divorce, which included separation of assets. Frankel and ex-husband Jason Hoppy have already settled their custody fight.
