The government of the Dominican Republic has now banned Miley Cyrus' concert on morality grounds, saying that it "undertakes acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law," a statement from the commission read.

Will Miley Cyrus ever learn about cultural sensitivity? Or is this not the last time that she will anger a country?
