Kanye's big head gets the best of him, sends him to the ER

Kanye West gave fans a short scare when he went into the hospital while in Australia after he suffered a bad migraine.

The rapper is currently Down Under as part of his Yeezus tour, but sometime before going onstage he was taken to the ER to rule out anything serious linked to his migraine.

No need to panic, however, as West is just "fine and didn't have a major health scare or seizure," an E! News source told the site. "He just suffered a migraine and went to the hospital simply as a precaution."

The confident crooner even went on to perform his scheduled concert in Melbourne just a few hours after being released from the hospital, and had no problems being onstage. He even wore his signature creepy tour mask over his head without issue. Another source told the site that while at the hospital, West got an MRI, but everything looked A-OK in that head of his.

West is now relaxing with his wife Kim Kardashian and their little daughter North at a Sydney hotel, as he has two more concerts scheduled in the city later this week. Of course, West did not post anything on his Twitter account about his hospital adventure, but Kardashian inevitably shared a photo of herself with her hubby on a recent date night in Melbourne.

Not only did Kardashian post the sweet outing photo, but she also went on to list all the designer fashions she was wearing on the date in hashtags, misspellings and all. "Me and my bae #SaintLaurantSkirt #KardashianKollectionBodysuit #BalmainBlazer #AlexanderMcQueenBag #HermesHeels."

Then, the happy pair was seen going shopping in the central business district of the city, visiting posh stores such as Zambesi on Flinders Lane, and West's own pop-up shop in Melbourne that just recently opened.
