Their son, Elijah, was born almost a year ago.
The insider revealed, "They're super happy together and it just made sense. Heather was beaming when spotted wearing her engagement ring."
Morris was a big part of the Fox series during its first four seasons. She made a handful of appearances after giving birth to her son. It's unclear whether she will be featured in the sixth and final season. Her last appearance on the show was on May 13 in the episode, "The Untitled Rachel Berry Project."
The notoriously private actress has been dating Hubbell since high school. They both grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, where they attended Desert Mountain High School. He went off to college in Louisiana while Morris hit Los Angeles to further her dance career. Once he graduated, he headed to Hollywood in January 2012 to join his girlfriend.
Morris has always had her priorities straight and she puts family first. In a 2011 Fitness magazine interview, she shared, "I want to marry Taylor and have kids with him... I love acting, but if it affects my relationship, then I won't continue."
She also realized early on that reality television wasn't for her, after she didn't make it as a top 20 contestant on So You Think You Can Dance in 2006.
Morris said, "I could sense that it wasn't right for me. Producers wanted us to talk a lot and get emotional, but I like to keep my emotions private, so reality TV and I just didn't mesh."
Not surprisingly, she hasn't confirmed her engagement publicly. Somehow, we think she will keep it to herself.
