Posing while perched on a wall of rocks for the publication's issue that's due out Aug. 12, the actress sizzles in a gold two-piece and wet, white top. Take a look:
Inside Maxim's September issue, the Sin City actress opens up about overcoming some personal things without going into too much detail.
"I was figuring [stuff] out. I wasn't totally happy," Alba said while reflecting on her 20s. "I wasn't sure how to be. I was also really hungry, but so much of this business is fickle and such a crapshoot. You hope and pray that it all works out, and so little of it does. It chews you up and spits you out; it spits out a lot of people."
She added, "I don't want to talk about my issues. But I definitely feel like I tackled something and came out the other side. Everything that led up to all this was worth it. I'm really comfortable in my own skin. And I'm not apologizing for myself."
Alba went on to say she's in a different place than she was during her first time posing for this magazine's cameras.
"Since my last Maxim shoot, I'm very different; I'm now in my 30s, I have two kids, I have a company," she explained. "I feel very confident and happy and really content with where life is right now."
Although she works hard for her hot bikini body, life isn't without its indulgences. While speaking with E! News at Comic-Con the mother of Honor and Haven Warren shared, "I love nachos so much! And tequila."
