INTERVIEW: DWTS' Derek Hough, Mark Ballas and Amy Purdy reveal exciting future plans

Dancing With the Stars pros Mark Ballas and Derek Hough spill on what's next, while Season 18 finalist Amy Purdy reveals what's in her future.

Several DWTS pros and contestants spoke to SheKnows during the Young Hollywood Awards red carpet event and spilled on the show and what's coming up next for them. Both Ballas and Hough revealed what's in store for their careers, while Derek spilled on his Dancing With the Stars future.

Ballas was asked about his inspiring new single and said it was an awesome song for all women. "I want them to feel sexy no matter what shape, race or color." The dancer-singer-songwriter added that he just wants all women to feel empowered when they hear his tune.

"All women that'll hear this song will feel sexy and confident," Ballas continued, "They'll be like 'That's my song!'"

Derek talked about the success of his sold-out tour and how happy he's been with the response. "It was amazing. I couldn't be happier with the outcome."

As far as coming back for Season 19 of DWTS, Hough joked he "may come back as a curtain." But, as there are still many challenges left to be accomplished on the dance competition series, the blond dancer may just come back for one more go.

Meanwhile, Purdy revealed how she came out of DWTS having done what she "wanted to do and more." She said she didn't expect to make it to the finals and was very proud of her work as it was incredibly inspiring.

Plus, Purdy also confirmed she's going on tour with Oprah Winfrey for the next few months. "We're doing a speaking tour. I love momentum and I love to keep things going so that's where it's at."

The Paralympic snowboarder added that she's very happy with where her life is now.

"I feel like I'm living my dream," Purdy said. "I feel like I'm doing right now what I've always wanted to do."
