Walk of shame

Shia LaBeouf looked worse for wear after his release from jail following an arrest for a strange outburst in New York City, New York.

Shia LaBeouf was arraigned in a New York City court this morning, then spotted on the walk of shame home from a very, very bad night out in the city, complete with a scowl and a ripped T-shirt.

The actor was arrested on Thursday night for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and harassment after disrupting a Broadway performance of Cabaret. Witnesses say LaBeouf stood up in the audience during the first act and began screaming at the actors on stage. When confronted by theater security, he allegedly began yelling, "F*** you. This is f***ing bulls***. Do you know my life? Do you know who the f*** I am? Do you know who I am?"

Others in the theater report LaBeouf was extremely unkempt and appeared drunk, tried to grab the butts of several actors on stage and spat at the cops while yelling, "I'll f*** you up!"

His rant was so over the top that one woman present thought it was part of the show.

"He was brilliant," the unnamed audience member told WABC. "I thought he was working on a role or something."

LaBeouf's bizarre behavior reportedly started much earlier in the day when he was seen arguing with a homeless man over a hat. Before the show started, he reportedly staggered through the crowd in the lobby smoking a cigarette and fed a random woman at the bar a strawberry by hand.

The Transformers star was represented by a legal aid attorney in a brief court appearance, formally charged and released without bail on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on July 24.

This is far from the first time LaBeouf has been arrested. In 2005, he was cuffed for allegedly threatening his neighbor with his car, and in 2007, he refused to leave a Chicago Walgreens.
