To follow up on his hilarious #hashtag Twitter conversation skit with Justin Timberlake back in September, Jimmy Fallon did it again on Thursday by "tweeting" face-to-face with Jonah Hill on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
Giving fans a look at what a Twitter conversation would sound like if it was conducted in person, Fallon sat down with Hill on Thursday and continued his hilarious #hashtag conversation trend.
"Congrats on your Oscar nomination #wolfofwallstreet!" Fallon said to Hill.
"Thanks man, #blessed," Hill replied.
"Who knows, man, maybe you're gonna win," Fallon continued. "#duhwinning, #oldreferences, #yeahbaby, #mywife."
From there the conversation went on to games played with Fallon's small daughter, "#pattycake, #peekaboo, #gotyournose," which then led to Harry Potter's Lord Voldemort and how someone took his nose.
"#justwatchedprisonerofazkaban, #getmywizardon, #professorsnape, #harrypotter," Fallon tweeted — err... said.
Next, they moved on to how fast time goes, and how 1994 was already 20 years ago: "#thatswhenfriendsstarted," which led to a medley of more hashtags going back to Friends, Google and different songs from the time.
Fallon started the #hashtag trend with Timberlake last fall, doing the original super-hilarious #hashtag Twitter talk with him.
"Hey check it out," Timberlake said, reaching for a plastic container. "I brought you some cookies. #homemade, #oatmealraisin, #showmethecookie."
"#Dontmindifidont, pretty good," Fallon answered as he ate one of Timberlake's sweets. "#gettingmycookieon, #imtherealcookiemonster, #yumyummmmyuuuummmmm."
"Delicious, right?" Timberlake went on, "#ididitallforthecookie! #lololololololololololololololololololololol."
The pair went on to talk about TV shows and movies such as Duck Dynasty, Barney and Ice Age and then moved on to what to wear for Halloween. Fallon asked Timberlake what he would dress up as, "#lifedecisions, #sexyghost?"
From there Timberlake #hashtagged about the Ninja Turtles, "#leonardosucks #theturtlenottherenaissancepainter," the "#monalisa," and then the dentist, "#cavityfree."
