A difficult divorce just got even worse. When Eddie Cibrian and Brandi Glanville broke up and Cibrian married LeAnn Rimes, Glanville claimed she was left brokenhearted, and with an empty wallet. She has since gone on to star in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and done very well for herself.

Over the years, she has continued to slam both Cibrian and Rimes, claiming she stole her husband. But now, years after their divorce, the former couple is still battling each other — this time over money. Glanville sent a series of tweets this week claiming that Cibrian, who is married to a millionaire, is asking her for child support.

Glanville and Cibrian have two children together, 10-year-old Mason and 6-year-old Jake. The couple divorced in 2010, and Cibrian married Rimes in 2011.

But Cibrian has responded, or his rep has at least, telling People, "There is no truth to the claims that Eddie has requested child support from Brandi now, nor will he ever request child support from his ex-wife. The notion is preposterous. This is yet another ploy for self-promotion."

A source reportedly explained the situation, and how it's possible both Glanville and Cibrian are telling the truth.

"Now that Brandi is making money and is successful, Eddie is backtracking on a prior agreement they had regarding child support payments," the source said. "He's asking for money back from her, over $100,000, saying he overpaid. But he's asking for more than he's paid her in the first place!"
